Our youth training embodies four specific programs that offer the structure for balance, core strength, athleticism, and skill set. Each program is tailored to accommodate a different age group and skill level.
Our scholastic programs consist of:
Designed for ALL ages,The Beginner program is intended for boys and girls and creates the foundation for coordination and balance using stationary fundamentals of repetition training. The Beginner program combines athletic movements and begins to focus on speed and explosion as well as age-appropriate skill sets necessary for their specific sport.
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
This program is for ages that are more skilled at ball handling. It develops explosiveness, speed, balance, strength, and athleticism. Tailored after a collegiate style training, this program is designed for student-athletes with specific goals providing semi-private coaching and training.
